Like we’ve previously reported here on jambcbtresult.org, the decision by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) to regulate and allow candidates to register through ONLY verified and approved centers in Nigeria is not sitting well with cyber cafe owners in Nigeria.

According to the Cyber cafe operators in Nigeria, who disclosed that the registration procedures of 2015 Unified Matriculation Examination (UTME), is way out of line, and they even went as far as accusing the Board of stifling employment opportunities and promoting fraud in the admission exercise, which is to say, that most cyber cafes are not authorized to register candidates for the jamb 2015 examination.
According to the reports which was filed by the Cyber café operators, saying that this particular decision by JAMB to standardize the JAMB UTME registration exercise for the 2015 session is stopping the progress of their business and even went further to accuse jamb, that they (Cyber cafe operators) are marginalized by that decision and are currently threatened by massive unemployment as their activities have been taken over by the few that were favoured in the deal by the JAMB board.
Not only thinking for themselves, they also disclosed that they are worried as to how the Board intended to take care of the huge numbers of prospective candidates with only 300 CBT centers in Nigeria. The Cyber cafe operators group also went on, to insisted that JAMB is creating room for manipulation as most of the candidates would end up writing their examination in the Computer Base Test (CBT) centers.
Here’s their official complain and i quote below:
“The Joint admission and matriculation board (JAMB) is now asking candidates to register where they will want to write their examination. What they don’t know of, is that they are legalizing corruption and reducing the standard of education in Nigeria.
What do you think?
