How To Contact JAMB in 2023?
There are few ways you can reach out to JAMB officially, most websites are listing two methods, forgetting the third, which I considered one of the fastest way you can reach out to JAMB and get quicker response.
These are the three (3) ways you can actually contact JAMB and get fast response. I will try highlighting the most common and effective methods.
Below are ways you can use To contact JAMB for complaints.
- Through the JAMB Online Support System.
- Going To JAMB Office Closest To You to Render your complaint.
- JAMB Twitter Account.
1. How To Contact JAMB Through Online Support System.
One of the important part of all organization is the ability to be reached/contacted when the need arises, and the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) did not disappoint us.
The JAMB technical team have made it easier for students to contact available JAMB Customer support staff, and to achieve this, the board came up with an integrated system where student can lay their complaints and make inquiries.
This system where candidates can reach out to JAMB staff dedicated to helping candidates with any issues related to Registration, Mistakes, Errors, Admission, etc is called the Central Online Support System (COSS).
With the JAMB Central Online Support System (COSS), candidates can easily lodge their complaints to JAMB and wait for a response. There are two categories for complaining.
- For Student who enrolled for JAMB and have their Jamb Registration Number (This will help the JAMB staff handling your case to quickly resolve it).
- Those who want to make an inquiry for someone else (Parents or Guardian) making inquiries regarding their child(ren) admission.
Irrespective of the category you fall under, the procedure is almost the same, just a slight difference, I will guide you for both categories.
How do I send an Email to JAMB?
You can not send an email to JAMB directly from your own mail box. First, you need to visit the JAMB’s Central Online Support System, where you can send an email to JAMB support, and this service is 100% FREE.
- Visit the JAMB COSS website @ http://jamb.gov.ng/support.aspx
- When the website loads up, Select the “Create Support Ticket” button.
- Next, proceed by selecting whether you are a student with a “JAMB Registration Number” or NOT.
- Make sure that you fill the form with your correct information and the blank box (message Box) provided is where you should enter your complaint.
- Finally, click on the SUBMIT button and wait for it to show message successfully sent.
- Once you’ve submitted your ticket via the JAMB support website, you can check if your complaints have been responded via https://support.jamb.gov.ng/candidate-support/my-tickets
