You are required to go to the JAMB registration centre nearest you with at least, six thousand Naira (N6,000) for candidates who won’t participate in the 2024 MOCK examination. Candidates who choose the option of writing the JAMB Mock examination will need to pay an extra One thousand Naira, which will bring in total, the JAMB registration fee for candidates who will be sitting for the MOCK examination, N6,700 only.

YES. It is possible to gain admission without JAMB. You can choose to register for levels programs with various institutions or via IJMB, JUPEB, Cambridge A-Level.
If you don’t want to sit for the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination, there are other JAMB alternatives that actually work, and will help you gain admission into universities without writing JAMB.
Candidates who had sat for the JAMB examination and scored low can still be able to gain admission to study their course of choice, either Law, Medicine & Surgery, Accounting, Pharmacy, Music, Business Admin etc.
However, candidates who are scared of sitting for the JAMB examination or want to have a PLAN B, just in case they don’t score up to the JAMB cut off marks for admission in 2023, should be rest assured that there are feasible options.
You can register for levels programs instead and still gain admission into the Nigerian university of your choice without sitting for the JAMB examination.

There’s no public announcement yet from JAMB regarding the date when the sales of the JAMB registration form will commence. However, we expect it to start between December 2023 and latest, the second week of January 2024.
When Is the JAMB Registration Closing Date?
The 2024 JAMB registration closing date is yet to be announced.
However, going by what JAMB usually do, we expect the JAMB registration closing date to be around Monday, 12th February 2024 – Tuesday, 29th February 2024.
